She is well-versed in driving organisational change across health and social care to ensure that digital tools are an enabler that allow organisations to achieve better and measurable outcomes. She is passionate about supporting staff at all levels of the organisation to implement change successfully.

Previously, Emma gained a PhD at the University of Hull before deciding on a change of career path which has seen her work in the voluntary, social housing, financial inclusion and adult social care sectors. She is also a Churchill Trust Fellow and a published author.
