Initially, she qualified as a podiatrist and subsequently completed the NHS Management Training Scheme in 1998 gaining an MSc in Health Policy & Management. Eleanor then continued her NHS career working in several commissioning, provider and regulatory environments in senior leadership and board-level roles.

In 2007 she embarked on an advisory career by joining EY’s Healthcare Advisory Practice where she gained extensive experience delivering a range of advisory services within healthcare. She joined Channel 3 in 2017 and has led multiple complex digital programmes across health and care systems, delivering tangible benefits, sustainable change and exceptional value for clients.
