I am delighted to present Channel 3 Consulting’s first environment and social impact report. We are a team of passionate individuals on a mission to digitally enable the transformation of our health and social care systems in the UK and beyond.
The nature of our client work means our focus is to improve frontline services and enhance the experiences of the health and care workforce, patients, service users and the public. In this report, we demonstrate how the activities beyond our client services help to support society and our planet.
People are at the heart of our company. We are focused on the wellbeing and development of our employees and the clients and communities we serve. We believe that incorporating environmental and social factors into our corporate strategy will help us concentrate our priorities on creating a better workplace for our employees and delivering our social and environmental goals. This report establishes a baseline of where we are now and sets out ambitious targets as we progress on this journey. We look forward to sharing our progress.

Lucy is passionate about helping health and care organisations harness technology to improve outcomes for the patients and communities they serve. With a background in project and programme delivery, Lucy brings 15 years of experience working within the healthcare, public, private and third sectors. During her career, Lucy has led a variety of large, complex ICT transformation programmes, supporting organisations to get the best quality, value and innovation from their ICT services.
