Natasha has a passion for unlocking people’s potential and improving outcomes for individuals, teams, and organisations in which they operate.
With over 16 years’ experience within People and Culture (P&C), Natasha has worked across the P&C value chain in startup, high growth, and large stable organisations. Having experience across multiple geographies, she has developed an understanding and appreciation for different operating models, processes, legislation and cultural diversity that impacts teams. As a curious and continuous learner, she always looks for new ways to improve employee experience, DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion), development, and engagement.

I love to spend my down time exploring new places, cultures and ideas. Either with my nose in a book or traveling with my wonderful family
