  • Leo Jones

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE

    READ BIO

    A qualified social worker, Leo has over 20 years’ experience leading transformation programmes across the public sector.
    He’s passionate about strengthening the links between public services and the citizens and patients they serve. Leo received the 2021 Management Consultancies Association’s award for ‘Thought Leader Consultant of the Year’ in recognition for his work leading transformation in special educational needs and learning disabilities services.

  • Lucy McLintock

    HEAD OF DELIVERY

    Lucy is passionate about helping health and care organisations harness technology to improve outcomes for the patients and communities they serve.
    With a background in project and programme delivery, Lucy brings 15 years of experience working within the healthcare, public, private and third sectors.

    During her career, Lucy has led a variety of large, complex ICT transformation programmes, supporting organisations to get the best quality, value and innovation from their ICT services.

    Lucy is an excellent communicator and forms strong relationships with her clients, always focused on the outcomes they are seeking to achieve. She thrives in complex multi-agency environments, supporting organisations on every step of their digital journeys.

  • Joe McGarry

    Joe McGarry

    EXECUTIVE PARTNER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

    READ BIO

    Joe brings 25 years’ management consulting experience (UK and Australia), with a focus on business transformation and technology-enabled change in Healthcare and Central Government.

    During this time, he has also held interim Senior Civil Servant roles at DCMS and HMRC, as well as setting up a renewable energy start-up business.

    Joe will be joining us from Moorhouse where he’s a Partner & Board Director leading across Government, Transport, Defence, Sustainability and Responsible Business.

    He joined their Health sector team in 2013 from PA Consulting and has since played a key role in Moorhouse’s growth and development journey, including establishing their Government & Public Services practice, getting Moorhouse certified as one of the first B Corp consultancies, and leading their Delivery Excellence practice.

    Joe lives with his wife Tamsin and their two boys in West Sussex, loves the outdoors and, during the ‘wet’ season, volunteers as a manager and coach for the U7s at Horsham rugby club.

  • Steve Philips

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Steve is Channel 3’s CFO and brings expertise both operationally and as an investor.

    Steve started his career qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG before moving into private equity where he spent 15 years as an investor with LGV Capital and LDC and has added to this with 8 years as an operational CFO.

    His most recent CFO appointment was with GovGrant, a professional services business backed by Foresight Group, that was sold to Source Advisors as part of their global expansion plans.

    During his time in private equity, he was involved in a number of financial events for companies such as Snow+Rock, Liberation Group, AirSwift and Vue Cinemas.

    Steve has a first class degree in economics and brings both financial rigour and entrepreneurial insight to Channel 3

  • Natasha Giles

    CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

    READ BIO

    Natasha has a passion for unlocking people’s potential and improving outcomes for individuals, teams, and organisations in which they operate.

    With over 16 years’ experience within People and Culture (P&C), Natasha has worked across the P&C value chain in startup, high growth, and large stable organisations.

    Having experience across multiple geographies, she has developed an understanding and appreciation for different operating models, processes, legislation and cultural diversity that impacts teams.

    As a curious and continuous learner, she always looks for new ways to improve employee experience, DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion), development, and engagement.

    Natasha is driven by our purpose and thrives in a people-focused environment, working with leadership and teams to create a great place to work.

  • Henri Curzon

    HEAD OF INSIGHT AND SERVICE DESIGN

    READ BIO

    Henri has over 25 years experience in the public sector and is passionate about leveraging insights to drive improvements in public services to make a positive difference for local people, communities, and staff.

    She began her career as a social work assistant, moved into crime intelligence, and led the Service Design and Insight functions for Westminster City Council, Newham Council, and the groundbreaking Public Service Transformation Network.

    Before joining Channel 3, Henrietta worked in public sector consultancy at IMPOWER, where she specialised in Adult Social Care and led their Insight function.

    Henri enjoys combining co-design, behavioural insight, data analytics, and change management to ensure transformation programmes are successful.

    Henri is a keen photographer and has travelled across the world to take pictures of wildlife in their natural habitat. (Some of us were lucky enough to view some of the photos Henri has captured and can confirm they are pretty impressive.)

  • Georgina Horton

    HEAD OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

    Georgina brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and PR, with the last decade focused specifically on health tech and digital innovation.

    She understands the challenges facing health and care organisations, and the critical role that clear, strategic communication plays in driving transformation.

     

    Before joining Channel 3, Georgina led marketing and communications at Isansys Lifecare, a digital health company using real-time patient data and advanced monitoring technologies to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Her work shaped the company’s brand, strengthened its presence in key markets, and helped accelerate adoption among healthcare providers.

     

    Georgina believes the most effective marketing comes from balancing head and heart - turning complex ideas into compelling, accessible messages that create connection and inspire action.

    She has built brands from the ground up, led collaborative teams, and delivered strategic marketing that drives growth, builds trust, and supports transformation.

     At Channel 3, Georgina is focused on elevating the company’s voice, expanding its influence across the sector, and using marketing and communications as a driver of growth, trust, and meaningful engagement.

  • David Churchill

    PARTNER

    READ BIO

    David has worked in a variety of roles across multiple sectors; include manufacturing, electronics, entertainment and finance; culminating in ten years of healthcare.

    Prior to joining Channel 3, David worked within the NHS, primarily focused on the better design and implementation of improved clinical processes and systems.

    Most recently he has been engaged in delivering systems and process for primary care, community and mental health providers. David is particularly interested in digitising engagements with patients, be they concerned with prescribing, record keeping or appointments.

  • Ralph Cook

    Ralph has over 20 years consulting experience within the public sector, more recently specialising in designing and delivering complex transformation programmes across health and social care.
    Before joining Channel 3, Ralph held positions at Syntegra, BT Global, PwC and latterly IMPOWER where he was the national lead for Adult Social Care and the interface with Health.

    In recent years Ralph has helped the sector pioneer thinking in the areas of demand management, sustainable change in complex systems, behavioural science and intermediate care. Ralph is passionate about working with the public sector to tackle the most complex problems and improve lives.

  • Josh Hutchison

    Josh is based in Bristol and has a strong focus on digitally-enabled transformation in primary care.

    He brings an outstanding client network in London and the South East and has a strong network in NHS England. He’s passionate about working alongside talented people and supporting individuals to grow professionally and personally. He’s excited to join Channel 3 to drive our work in the primary care sector and sees strong opportunities to support clients with post-Covid recovery activity and wider restoration.

    Before joining Channel 3, Josh led his own business as an independent consultant to the NHS. Prior to that, he was a senior member of the healthcare team at Moorhouse Consulting. Previous roles include working alongside senior NHSE executives to design and deploy the ‘Digital First Primary Care’ programme, supporting provider ambulance organisations with significant cultural change initiatives, and, more recently, supporting the development and implementation of Fuller Stocktake recommendation.

    He was also previously the chair of the Young Management Consultants Association, leading a board of 12 vice-chairs, a membership-wide council, and ultimately supporting c.4000 consultants across the industry.

  • Matthew Jones

    Matt has spent 15 years working in healthcare consultancy, taking a collaborative and pragmatic approach to successful transformational leadership.

    He began his healthcare career with Accenture, before moving to CSC as a Transformation Director.

    Following several provider-side strategy and leadership roles, Matt joined Channel 3 in 2017, designing and executing fully-assured programme delivery strategies & roadmaps focussed on driving business transformation and benefits realisation enabled through technology.

  • Al Thompson

    PARTNER

    READ BIO

    With over 15 years consulting experience, Al brings a passion for supporting the most vulnerable in our society to live their best lives. 

    Before joining the Channel 3 team, Al worked with IMPOWER where he pioneered a range of new and high impact approaches to supporting children and families, leading national and award-winning programmes across children's services and special educational needs and disabilities.

    He has worked intensively with over 70 local areas across England, as well as with key Government departments such as the Department for Education to shape policy and, most importantly for Al, to translate strategic principles into frontline delivery.This experience has brought unerring admiration for those delivering local public services and a belief in the value and impact of positive change done well. 

    Al leads on Channel 3's ambition to transform models of care for children and families, with children and families and, in his personal life, gets his energy from working with a number of special schools as a Board trustee and several charities, from spending time his family and from playing and watching sports. 

  • Andy McRea

    NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

    READ BIO

    Andy is Channel 3’s non-executive chairman. He is a qualified chartered accountant with significant executive and non-executive experience in quoted, private and private equity-backed businesses, particularly within the consulting and human capital sectors.

    In his leadership roles, Andy has driven growth in businesses across the globe and led transformational corporate transactions, having completed almost 60 acquisitions in both public and private domains.

    He is a graduate of Swansea University.

  • Alex Stevenson

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Alex has spent the past eight years working across the public sector, with a particular focus on children’s services.

    He is driven by a commitment to improving outcomes for individuals by building better systems across the board. He is passionate about the value public services can offer, especially to those who need them most.

    With a strong interest in emerging technologies, Alex firmly believes in their potential to transform the public sector when applied effectively. He believes that the public sector can be at the forefront of innovation, setting the standard rather than following it.

    Outside of work, Alex enjoys skiing, playing cricket and padel, and loyally following the highs and lows of Reading FC across the country.

  • Alice Green

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Alice has a passion for helping teams work through complex challenges. With almost a decade working in the NHS, she has led digital change projects across primary care, secondary care, and social care.

    Most recently, Alice has been working as an Innovation Consultant supporting NHS organisations to design and adopt sustainable and scalable innovation. A particular focus has been her work on exploring the safe use of artificial intelligence within healthcare; work has included supporting patient flow through A&E, enhancing teledermatology services, and identifying and surfacing unstructured data from EHRs to support management of cancer patients. This work has culminated in collaborating on a paper exploring how to responsibly deploy AI tools in healthcare.

    I have recently bought a rundown Victorian house, so much of my spare time is spent at B&Q! When I am not renovating, I love socialising with friends and family and exploring new places.

  • Anna Bockmuehl

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Anna is an experienced public sector transformation consultant with a strong track record of delivering meaningful change across health, care and education.

    Prior to joining Channel 3, Anna led programmes across the NHS and local government to deliver substantially improved service outcomes, combining a clear, data-led approach with hand-in-hand implementation support for her clients. Her experience highlights the impact of empowering frontline teams and managers with the right tools to deliver better outcomes for vulnerable people. Outside of health and care, Anna has worked developing sector-leading EdTech for British state schools and Multi Academy Trusts, and delivered refugee aid and education programmes across Europe and the Middle East.

    Anna holds a BA in History from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Global Public Policy from SOAS, where her thesis focused on the levers that drive happiness at work.

    Outside of work, I love learning new things (though am very much master of none!) Recent favourites include climbing, whittling spoons, learning Arabic and bookbinding.

    Anne is an experienced recruitment and resource specialist with a strong track record of successfully designing and delivering permanent and interim recruitment solutions to organisations across a number of industry sectors.

    Since joining Channel 3, Anne has been in focused on streamlining our resource talent pool to maximise performance and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to an excellent standard.

    Outside of work, I love to travel, host dinner parties and an avid reader of Horror novels – my favourite Author being Stephen King!

  • Anuja Pradhan

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Anuja has over 7 years’ experience working with large NHS organisations helping to deliver EPR implementation projects.

    She is passionate about digital healthcare and has worked across many healthcare settings (GP, community, out-of-hours, urgent care and mental health) providing SME support for clients. Anuja is a skilled consultant specialising in business change, configuration and training.

    I love spending quality time with my family – even though they are spread across the world, so when I’m not working you can usually find me planning my yearly trips to Nepal and Bermuda!

  • Astrid Grant

    MANAGING CONSULTANT

    Astrid is passionate about maximising the value of technology to improve the quality of healthcare.

    She trained as a medical doctor in Spain and moved to the UK in 2014 to complete an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing.

    Since then, she has worked as a management consultant and spent 4 years at Cerner driving operational readiness, change management and benefits realisation during multiple EPR implementations.

    Her last role before joining Channel 3 was in the NHS, where she led the delivery of the digital transformation strategy for a joint venture between two NHS Trusts.

    She is well versed in driving organisational change to ensure digital health tools are an enabler that allows us to achieve better and measurable outcomes.

  • Athena Evans

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Athena started her professional journey in marketing, gaining several years’ experience in the development and execution of all aspects of marketing campaigns within the financial and healthcare sectors.

    Along the way she found a passion for people, process and policy, and stepped into the interesting and often challenging world of operations management. She enjoys and gets excited about the fact that operations management gives her the chance to impact all areas of business.

    I love reading West Indian literature and after many years still enjoy getting lost in the pages of my favourite book, Green Days by the River by Michael Anthony.

  • Azam Sharif

    CONSULTANT

    READ BIO

    Azam is currently studying part-time for a Master’s degree in Global Public Health at Queen Mary University, learning about issues at the forefront of global health and healthcare transformation.

    He has previously worked with healthcare technologies, notably Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) where he has enabled and implemented clinical and non-clinical RPA solutions to over 50 organisations across both primary and secondary care. Azam has also supported numerous digital projects which include healthcare apps and online platforms.

    I am a huge boxing fan and will be awake at 5am every Sunday just to watch them live. Outside of boxing I enjoy meeting up with my friends and trying new restaurants

  • Bryn Wales

    MANAGING CONSULTANT

    Bryn is driven by a desire to combine technology and data to enable care systems to plan and evaluate care. This empowers the workforce to spend more time delivering higher standards of care, which ultimately benefits service users and their families.

    Bryn is an ideal enterprise architect with over 25 years of experience across many roles, in a number of countries and across a range of industries. Most of his time, however, has been spent in the UK health and social care sectors.

    Bryn specialises in interoperability, information governance, cyber security and operating models; all underpinned by a drive for the development, and use, of standards. He is passionate about ensuring transformations meet diverse needs across organisations.

    Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs or indulging a passion for photography, often trying to combine both together.

  • Carine Lewis

    MANAGING CONSULTANT

    Carine has experience of working across different sectors such as police, education and most recently healthcare.

    Carine’s work in healthcare has included a variety of roles in regulation, research and education. Prior to joining Channel 3, she has worked on digital healthcare innovations by supporting organisations to utilise research to understand the impact of digital solutions on patient outcomes and experience.

    She has also worked with healthcare organisations to understand digital healthcare skills gaps and translate them into educational delivery, particularly through the apprenticeship framework.

    Keeping active is really important to me and it usually involves lots of dog walks, exercising and playing basketball with my children.

  • Chris Tack

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Prior to working clinically as a physiotherapist within the NHS for 16 years, Chris worked as a lead systematic reviewer for NICE (the National Institute for Clinical Health and Care Excellence).

    Chris is interested in the implementation of, and the clinical safety case development for, large-scale clinical systems; the preparation and training of digital knowledge and skills within the health and social care workforce; and the development and implementation of digital strategy within healthcare organisations.

    Outside of work I love weightlifting and combat sports, and spending time with my 2 gorgeous boys!

  • Craig Stevens

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    READ BIO

    Craig has 9 years of experience as a systems implementation specialist, which included a brief gap working for the MOD delivering a suite of Microsoft Products.

    He was heavily involved in 2 major electronic patient record (EPR) implementations, working across a number of areas including configuration, transformation and project management.

    His latest role was as head of clinical applications at a community healthcare trust, where he led on the standardisation and optimisation of their main clinical system, along with supporting new business development and implementing new technology at the trust.

    Outside of work Craig is a keen traveller, having travelled across Central and South America, and he continues to tick off countries each year. On his travels, he developed a deep passion for scuba diving, which is now a staple whenever he visits a new country. He is also a keen football fan and music enthusiast, often attending gigs and festivals.

  • Dharmesh Patel

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

    Dharmesh is a highly experienced consultant with almost 20 years’ experience gained across diverse roles within health, social care, pharmaceutical, local government, telecoms, automotive and criminal justice.

    With specific expertise within the end-to-end technology-enabled change and transformation domain, he is also a PRINCE2® Practitioner with demonstrable experience in leading and delivering complex projects and programmes.

    For the last 12 years, he has been operating in and around the health sector in a variety of consulting and project management roles with CCG, STP, primary care and acute providers which have allowed him to develop a good understanding of the NHS technology space and supplier landscape. He enjoys working with people first and foremost and building positive relationships.

    Outside of work, I’m usually a taxi service for my kids. However, whenever I can, I’ll be out running, playing football, or indoors binging on Netflix. I'm told that I'm also fairly well versed in useless information!

  • Ellie Collyer

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    Ellie has over 15 years of healthcare experience with a particular focus on consultancy, innovation and improvement. With a passion for designing, implementing and improving services and systems, Ellie is dedicated to improving health outcomes.

    Ellie’s healthcare career started in primary care and increasingly involved collaborations with secondary care and NHSE to design and deliver at-scale solutions.

    Some of the key programmes Ellie consulted on and led on include digital transformations for improved clinical pathways, pilot projects to pioneer new ways of working, interoperability of services and systems and mass communications.

    Alongside her career in healthcare, Ellie worked as an actor, artist, foreign language teacher, translator, presenter and international tour manager specialising in Spanish.

    Outside of consultancy, my passions include foreign languages, travel, the creative, performing and visual arts, salsa dancing, horse riding and swimming.

  • Emily Crowe

    Emily has extensive experience of working as an NHS commissioner, leading on large scale transformation programmes with a specific focus on community service redesign and patient and public engagement initiatives.

    Whilst working in the NHS, Emily supported the development of physical and mental health services for the remediation of the survivors and the bereaved of the Grenfell Tower fire.

    Emily has also worked within a digital health and wellbeing start up, leading on product development and implementation of patient-led apps in the public and private sector.

    I enjoy travelling abroad with my husband, I'm a keen runner and an avid baker.

  • Harpreet Rai

    Harpreet brings over 17 years of experience within the healthcare sector, where he has focussed on bringing innovative solutions to health institutions across EMEA.

    He has worked for blue-chip companies and fast-paced software as medical device (SaMD) start-ups, looking to augment existing systems with disruptive technologies to improve patient outcomes. Harpreet has extensive experience in project / programme management, solution consulting and service management.

    Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and am a self-proclaimed movie buff. But, more than anything, I am most content spending time with my lovely wife and three children creating happy memories.

  • Hemma Patel

    SENIOR CONSULTANT

    READ BIO

    Hemma has worked in healthcare consulting for over 12 years, focusing on EPR implementations across many trusts across the UK.

    Her experience spans across PAS and Clinical Documentation workflows, which includes Clerical, Nurse, Doctor and AHP documentation, and she works with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and advise on appropriate solutions. She maintains strong client engagement by focusing on their benefits realisation and helping them through change management.

    In addition to this, Hemma has also managed a few people over the last 6 years, helping with associate development, team strategy and managing capacity and capability across her team.

    By working on several digital transformations, she has recognised areas for optimisation, and has been key in working through internal process improvement. She is keen to make processes more streamlined and efficient to enhance client experience.

    When I'm not catching up with friends, I enjoy spending time in the gym, watching Arsenal and I love to travel and explore new countries

  • Hollie Smith

    Hollie graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of Bristol, with a large focus on bioinformatics. Her studies have provided her with a strong background in biological data and its applications to health sciences.

    Since University she has been developing her skills in a lab-based role, analysing geotechnical data.

    She is excited to use her experience in her new role at Channel 3, where she aims to drive innovative solutions that enhance patient care and improve health outcomes.

    With experience across a variety of UK sectors, he brings a keen understanding of how digital solutions can enhance processes and improve outcomes in adult social care and beyond.

    Jack believes strongly in collaboration and forming excellent relationships with his clients. He loves engaging with a complex problem to identify potential solutions and action them.

    When I'm not working, you'll usually find me busy volunteering with The Together Plan, working with socially and economically vulnerable communities! I also love a trip to the theatre and exploring new places.

    After completing Economics and Business at A-Level Jack, was keen to begin his finance career and studying towards an accounting qualifications (AAT).

  • Jamie McMahon

    Jamie's near 20 years working to improve public services has spanned local authorities, the charity sector as Regional Director of the National Deaf Children's society and now a of decade public sector transformation consultancy.

    In that time Jamie has worked across local government and health, with a particular focus on improvements in services for children.

    Jamie's passion has been for working with public sector leaders to drive rapid and difficult transformation and focusing on ensuring that the most vulnerable in society receive the highest quality support.

    Family and sport makes up a most of life outside of work. Whether time with the family, coaching my son's football team or watching Arsenal home, away and abroad.

  • Janvi Parmar

    Janvi has an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and an MSc in Health Economics. Janvi has a breadth of knowledge about digital therapeutics having enrolled on a course after graduating last year.

    Janvi has a passion for digital health and MedTech, having worked in GP surgeries, primary care consulting and Houses of Parliament, seeing first-hand how the delivery of healthcare was transforming and making a real difference in people’s lives.

    In my spare time, if I'm not socialising with family and friends, I like to try out new restaurants and activities, and travel to a new hot destination to relax and explore the sights.

  • Jayne Dixon

    Jayne has over 20 years of healthcare experience across acute, mental health and integrated care systems and she is passionate about transforming health and care services

    Jayne specialises in programme management and has led large scale transformation programmes from clinical service improvement, through hospital capital builds to deployment of complex digital solutions, embedding sustainable change.

    After many years in the NHS, Jayne switched to a healthcare advisory role in 2019, joining PA Consulting where she gained experience delivering a range of healthcare initiatives and digital transformations. Jayne’s key strength is in relationship building, she brings enthusiasm and a dedicated approach when collaborating as part of a team to assess and deliver solutions.

    Outside of work I love to travel and spend as much time as I can with my family and friends. I love being creative (my first degree is in 3D design and silversmithing) and I have a passion for art and photography which is influenced by the places I visit.

  • Jenni Kirkland

    Jenni has spent over 17 years in the NHS working across digital, outpatients, change management, commissioning and public health. She is passionate about solving complex problems within health and social care through digital and change innovations.

    Implementing transformational change for outpatients has been a keen focus, developing digital change initiatives that are focused on the people receiving care.     Coaching has been an important aspect of her career, from managing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to mentoring staff through degrees, leadership courses and developing staff into new roles.

    I am lucky to live between beautiful countryside for walks and running and the seafront – which is perfect for beach breakfast picnics. I enjoy festivals, dining out and travelling with my husband and two daughters - it’s all about making memories!

    After completing her biological sciences degree, Katie started her career in accountancy, working in legal and service-based organisations. She is now studying for my professional accounting qualifications (AAT).

    Katie’s experience includes working with several accounting platforms and processes, and discovering how technology can be used to streamline key accounting procedures and boost productivity. She is passionate about using technological solutions to simplify processes and make them more robust.

    She has experience in staff utilisation and workload distribution, as well as tracking budgets and cash flow. This helps to analyse the efficiency of current and proposed workflows, and ultimately increases the quality of project delivery for clients.

    In her free time, Katie’s personal interests lie in the arts. She will often be found with a paintbrush or pencil in hand and, having qualified as a hairdresser some years ago, she uses this skill to share my creativity with others.     Career Journey

    I began my post-university career at Channel 3 within the engine room that is the business support team. I held key responsibilities, which included managing our customer relationship management (CRM) database and providing critical market intelligence to support our business development activities and aid the company’s growth. In 2021 I was promoted and transitioned to the consulting team. Since then, I have supported a variety of interesting projects, which have included infrastructure, shared care records and electronic patient record (EPR) implementations.

    Rosa has previously worked as an account manager at TPP, where she was responsible for existing clients and building new customer relationships in London and the South, across 24 different healthcare settings.

    Her clients included GP practices, acute and mental health trusts, social services and everything in between. Rosa was also responsible for maintaining the relationship with NHS Digital, including leading the re-procurement of the GP Systems of Choice (GPSoC) framework, then the GP IT Futures programme that succeeded it.

    Rosa has also spent time travelling abroad to explore new markets in Asia, with a particular focus on India.

    I love to get outside and be active when I'm not working. Hiking, wild camping and kayaking are my favourites, but I will try anything! I am also very into food and cooking - nothing makes me happier than preparing a big meal for friends and family at the weekend.

    Alongside this, she also gained a post-graduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership and will be completing her post-graduate diploma in Health Informatics at UCL this summer.

    She also has a solid background in commercial and procurement projects across health and the wider public sector.

    Sarah has been a consultant for the last eight years, specialising in IT transformation projects and procurement.

    Within the digital health space, she has recently been involved in two of the local health and care record exemplar programmes looking at interoperability and data sharing between different parts of the NHS and social care.

    Victoria was fortunate to have the opportunity of working in a national role for nursing informatics with the Department of Health and within the Middle East, where she was able to learn the culture whilst managing a programme of work to design and build new clinical pathways for trauma, cardiac and stroke services. She didn’t, however, manage to learn Arabic!

    On my weekends off, I either disappear with my husband and dogs in the camper van and do lots of walking, or being an animal lover, spend time planning my next active holiday to places where scary animals live (I can highly recommend the Amazon and Galapagos)!

    Vicki has worked in the healthcare sector for over 10 years with experience in a variety of areas such as system engineering, technical project management and clinical processes.

    Vicki is PRINCE2® qualified and has worked to deliver first of type projects across Europe and Latin America, bringing in projects on budget and on track.

    She also has a wealth of people management experience and has managed up to 40 associates across multiple teams and countries and specialises in turning around underperforming teams around encouraging an ethos of self-development and team working.

    Process improvement is a key interest and she specialises in reviewing current practices with a view to making them more efficient, standardised and repeatable backed up by high quality documentation.

    In summer I enjoy gardening and afterwards reward myself with a relaxing drink sitting out in the sunshine.

    Wiktoria is currently studying part-time for a Masters degree in Health Informatics at UCL, learning how the integration of healthcare data and information technology can transform the delivery of healthcare.

    In her previous role, she specialised in the delivery of electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePRO), working across numerous global clinical trials including COVID-19 mega trials.

    She supported the design and leading the implementation of electronic data capture systems across the size scale, from top 10 pharma to small, niche biotechnology companies.

    Wiktoria is very passionate about making healthcare more patient-centric. She has also worked in market research, helping brands better understand their customers, collaborate with them to solve business challenges and build more customer-centric organisations.

    Outside of work I enjoy hiking scenic trails and taking photos of new places. I love cooking and like to experiment with new ingredients and discovering new flavours. I also like the company of a good book.
