Benjamin’s experience is in project management, process and quality improvement – including helping to develop solutions to improve customer flow in Heathrow and maintain the flow of (HGVs) during EU Brexit. More recently, Benjamin has worked directly in primary care organisations in London to introduce business intelligence tools, utilising these tools to manage demand and capacity, improving access to primary care services.

Benjamin is passionate about helping health and social care organisations utilise digital solutions and data to help deliver personalised service and care for patients and the community.

Benjamin likes to keep fit outside of work by exercising, including bouldering, football and running. On the weekend Benjamin will either be relaxing with friends and family, reading or watching Arsenal.
