Ruth has spent the last two years on the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS)specialising in Health Informatics. During this time, she has had the opportunity to rotate through a number of placements, gaining exposure to business intelligence, digital transformation and system-wide digital strategies.

Alongside this, she also gained a post-graduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership and will be completing her post-graduate diploma in Health Informatics at UCL this summer.

Ruth’s time on the GMTS accelerated her into the world of digital health and transformation, and she is passionate about the potential of digital to improve health and care outcomes. This is something she is very excited to continue working in at Channel 3.

“In my free time, I will most likely be exploring London, playing sports or socialising with my friends. I've done a bit of travelling before this new role, having been to Italy and Montenegro - I also went to Glastonbury for the first time this year which was amazing! I'm a massive foodie and love a good meal out trying new restaurants around London.”
