Henri has over 25 years experience in the public sector and is passionate about leveraging insights to drive improvements in public services to make a positive difference for local people, communities, and staff.

She began her career as a social work assistant, moved into crime intelligence, and led the Service Design and Insight functions for Westminster City Council, Newham Council, and the groundbreaking Public Service Transformation Network. Before joining Channel 3, Henrietta worked in public sector consultancy at IMPOWER, where she specialised in Adult Social Care and led their Insight function.

Henri enjoys combining co-design, behavioural insight, data analytics, and change management to ensure transformation programmes are successful.

Henri is a keen photographer and has travelled across the world to take pictures of wildlife in their natural habitat. (Some of us were lucky enough to view some of the photos Henri has captured and can confirm they are pretty impressive.)
