Since graduating, Becca has developed a keen interest in employee wellbeing which has led to her journey to study towards being a CIPD qualified HR professional. In her previous roles, she has been the first line generalist support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including learning and development, talent management and providing accurate and comprehensive advice, support and guidance to all employees. Becca has a continuous growth mindset and supports the HR function to embed efficiencies into existing practices and implement new inspiring initiatives.

Outside of the workplace you will find me visiting London's theatres and restaurants and I also thoroughly enjoy a weekend city break away!
